A very significant portion of the firm’s work includes representation of credit unions, including serving as outside general counsel for one of the largest credit unions in Kentucky.  The firm’s credit union representation runs the full gamut of services, including collection cases, litigation defense, foreclosure, replevins, bankruptcy, compliance advice, drafting of standardized documents and review of vendor contracts.   The firm has the experience and strength to tackle literally any legal issue its credit union clients may encounter.
